Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance
- Increase production, develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage plant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management
- Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and other departments to optimize workflow and resource utilization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
- Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality systems, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
