Job Description:
-Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and the department is staffed appropriately each day. Maintain compliance with all SOPs and Good Production Practices.
-Monitor product quality, packaging standards, and process controls.
-Address defects, implement corrective actions, and uphold HACCP and USDA regulatory requirement
-Achieve key operational KPIs including BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A Grade.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
-Enforce HR and safety policies, manage timekeeping and time off requests in Kronos/Oracle HCM, and ensure timely completion of all required training.
The ideal candidate:
- Must have 3+ years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably from poultry.
- Preferably will Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
