What We’re Looking For:
Someone who can:
- Make thoughtful, high-quality drinks and food - consistently
- Maintain a clean, calm, and efficient workspace, even when it’s busy
- Create genuine, friendly connections with every guest
- Take pride in being part of a team and supporting the shop’s daily flow
- Use a POS system accurately and follow cash handling procedures
- Show up on time, contribute positive energy, and enjoy learning
Position Details:
- Part-Time (25–30 hours/week)
- Must have full weekend availability
- Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, scheduled within our business hours of 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM, 7 days a week
- Location: Bowie Coffee Co. – Fort Worth (76116)
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior barista or café experience
- Strong background in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
