The Opportunity
You will support a busy commercial real estate and property management team by helping keep administrative, leasing, tenant, vendor, and office operations organized and moving efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a mix of office coordination and property-related support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
How You Will Make an Impact

Enter and maintain accurate data within property management and business systems.
- Assist with accounts payable support, invoice processing, and administrative tracking.
- Maintain organized tenant, vendor, leasing, and property records.
- Support leasing administration, including prospect data entry and file management.
- Coordinate tenant and vendor communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Track administrative tasks, work order follow-up, and internal deadlines.
- Prepare notices, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and general office documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Create and update directories, signage, and other property communications.
- Serve as a runner for on-site property-related tasks, including posting signs, updating directories, delivering notices, and assisting with general property support needs.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and help keep office operations on track.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, data entry, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal team members.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Experience in commercial real estate, property management, construction, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software.
- Experience preparing reports, processing invoices, and maintaining business records.
- Comfortable assisting with both office-based responsibilities and light on-site property support tasks.
