ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
In this RN - Licensed Nurse role, you'll blend clinical excellence with compassionate presence-building personal relationships with residents in a home-like setting, listening to their stories, and designing individualized care plans that honor their goals and histories. You'll use thoughtful judgment to identify needs, coordinate with a collaborative team, and implement care that empowers elders to lead meaningful lives. Your empathy becomes the constant that helps residents feel seen, valued, and engaged, while your expertise guides decisions that enhance comfort, dignity, and daily joy.

Valid Florida RN license

Current CPR certification

Experience in long-term care and short-term rehab environments

Experience in assisted living or healthcare facilities

Strong nursing knowledge and skills

Highly team-oriented

Passionate about working with elders
Being IV certified is preferred but not required!
