Self-managed HOA located in Coronado, CA is seeking an exceptional candidate to join to our staff. We are seeking to fill an F/T non-exempt (M-F 7:30 am -- 4:00 pm) Maintenance Technician position. This is an excellent opportunity if you are a hands-on, goal-oriented person that possess' excellent people skills and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will require maintenance repairs and improvements as needed. This is a hands-on position. Team member would assist and support the Manager in maintaining the association in an ongoing first class condition.
Ideal candidate:
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds frequently.
- Must have basic plumbing skills.
- Willingness to learn drywall repair, carpentry, painting, and stucco and masonry work.
- Must possess the physical strength and ability to carry out task assignments in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, climb, balance, reach, loading/unloading and moving heavy materials.
- Ability to walk around the facility for extended periods of time.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbally and in writing).
- Must have a clean and valid California driver license.
