The Role
We're looking for a sharp, fast-moving Lead Response & Client Relations Specialist to be the first voice and first message every new lead hears from. This is not a passive receptionist role — you are the front line of our sales pipeline. Your job is to make sure no lead ever goes cold, no message ever goes unanswered, and no opportunity ever slips through the cracks.
You'll work directly inside our CRM, engage leads across every channel they come in on, and set up warm, qualified calls for our closers. If you're someone who thrives on speed, loves talking to people, and gets satisfaction from a clean, organized pipeline — this is your seat.
What You'll Do
- Respond to every new lead within 30 seconds of it hitting the CRM — speed is the job
- Qualify leads through text, call, and social media conversation to determine fit and interest
- Schedule qualified calls onto the closer's calendar
- Monitor and respond to inbound messages across social media (DMs, comments) and follow up consistently until a lead is engaged or disqualified
- Make and receive outbound/inbound calls and texts to nurture leads through the pipeline
- Keep every lead's status, notes, and next steps accurately updated in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Follow up persistently but professionally with warm leads who haven't yet booked or responded
- Flag hot leads or urgent opportunities immediately
What We're Looking For
- Fast, reliable, and glued to notifications — you don't let leads sit
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable texting, calling, and messaging all day
- Naturally good at building rapport quickly and reading intent/interest
- Organized and detail-oriented — comfortable living inside a CRM pipeline
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM is a strong plus
- Prior experience in sales development, appointment setting, receptionist work, or customer service preferred
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight once trained
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume lead environment

- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Normal business hours (Monday–Friday)
