Duties
- Engage with potential clients understand their financial needs
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products that meet individual customer requirements
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall service delivery
Requirements
- Ability to read and write, will train, a valid state license as an Insurance Agent is a plus
- No experience in sales is required but preferred
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and benefits administration is preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle diverse client needs effectively
