Are you a loan officer who thrives on complex, story-driven deals that traditional lenders shy away from? We're looking for a Non-QM specialist who knows multifamily inside and out.
About the Opportunity
Join a well-established, growth-focused community bank known for creative deal structuring and fast, reliable execution. You'll originate and close Non-QM loans on multifamily and mixed-use properties, working with investors, brokers, and borrowers who need a lender that actually understands their business, not just a rate sheet.
What You'll Do
- Originate Non-QM loans focused on multifamily and investment properties (bridge, DSCR, portfolio, and other non-conforming products)
- Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners
- Structure creative financing solutions for borrowers who don't fit conventional boxes
- Manage your pipeline from application through close, working closely with processing and underwriting
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience originating Non-QM, DSCR, bridge, or portfolio loans, ideally with a multifamily or investment property focus
- An existing book of broker or investor relationships (a huge plus)
- Deep understanding of non-conforming underwriting and deal structuring
- A self-starter mentality, this is a role for someone who builds their own pipeline
