Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will actively engage with clients and prospects to promote commercial and residential property sales and leasing opportunities. Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and customer service will be essential as you develop new business relationships, manage sales administration tasks, and provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process. Bilingual abilities and analysis skills will help you connect with diverse clients and analyze market data effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive outside sales efforts by identifying potential clients and promoting commercial property opportunities
- Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and other transaction terms to maximize client satisfaction and company success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, property owners, and investors through proactive communication and exceptional customer service
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, assess property values, and develop strategic marketing plans
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, reporting, and benefits administration for clients
- Support telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and expand the client base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when applicable
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Real Estate License required, or currently in the process of obtaining one
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales within a commercial real estate environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating market data and property valuations
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and benefits management
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, telemarketing techniques, and benefits administration processes

Salary
- This position is 100% commission-based
Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
