No experience? We'll train you. If you're reliable, show up on time, and want to learn to cook real Greek and Mediterranean food, we want to meet you. This is a great first kitchen job or a step up if you've bussed, dishwashed, or worked fast food and are ready for more.

What You'll Do
- Prep ingredients and cook menu items following our recipes and quality standards
- Set up and break down your station each shift
- Keep your area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support prep, line, and dish as needed during service
- Communicate with the team to keep service moving
What We're Looking For
- Some experience required — any food service background (restaurant, fast food, catering, cafeteria)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable and punctual — this is the #1 thing we care about
- Able to work on your feet in a hot, fast-paced kitchen and lift up to 40 lbs
- Team player with a good attitude
- Food Handler card a plus, or willingness to get one quickly (we'll point you to it)
- Weekend and evening availability is a big plus
Pay & Schedule
- $15.00–$18.00/hour, based on experience and availability
- Part-time or full-time — flexible scheduling that works around school or a second job
- Shifts across lunch, dinner, and weekend service
- Clear path to raises and more hours as you learn
