Full-time, 40 hours, every other weekend off
6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Food Production Assistant prepares all starches, vegetables, soups, salads, and/or baked goods as assigned. These food items are served to the Residents and in the staff Cafeteria, plus for all special functions as requested.
