We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Lead Installer to join our team for residential solar installations in the Coachella Valley. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, teamwork, and delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the installation of residential solar systems
- Install solar inverters (experience is a plus)
- Install battery storage systems (experience is a plus)
- Assemble all components of residential solar systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work closely with crew members and provide direction when needed
- Deliver professional and respectful customer interactions
Requirements
- Ability to take direction and also lead small teams when required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain regular attendance
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Must be able to work in extreme environments (heat, cold, rain, confined spaces, etc.)
- Physically able to:
- Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Work on rooftops, climb ladders and stairs
- Stand and work on your feet for long periods

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in solar installation
- Experience with solar inverters and/or battery systems is a bonus
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
