Townsend Ford, a family owned and operated dealership since 1956, is looking for a candidate who is detail orientated and organized, highly motivated, computer literate, able to multi task and enjoys working with people.
Our Service Advisors are adept at communicating the repair and maintenance needs of our customer's vehicles with them and why they are needed, informing them of all our specials and offers, giving them our financing options and helping them make the best decision for themselves as to what services we do or don't perform on their vehicles. They communicate well with our technicians and shop dispatcher
The work shift will consist of Mon-Friday 7:30am-5pm with every third Wednesday till 7pm. NO WEEKENDS! We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, short and long term disability insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick days.
CDK and Ford dealership experience is a plus.
Pay:
Hourly rate including overtime plus commission.
$60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
