**Job Summary:** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childhood development, classroom management, and curriculum development, with a focus on providing quality education to preschool-aged children. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children. - Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning through play. - Monitor and assess student progress to provide individualized support as needed. - Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child. - Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning. - Implement positive behavior management techniques to encourage student engagement. **Qualifications:**- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices. - Strong classroom management skills. - Experience working with children with special needs or autism is a plus. - Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
