Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones and setting appointments
- Customer write up and follow up
- Working directly with technicians and parts to form accurate estimates
- Establishing completion time of repairs with customer and technician
- Closing customer pay and warranty repair orders
Applicants must have good customer skills and be able to handle a fast paced environment.
