Seeking a part-time doorman to check IDs at the door, must be ok with late nights (shifts are 9pm-3am). Currently looking to fill position for ALL THURSDAY and SATURDAY NIGHTS consistently. We have a larger door staff and can be flexible for occasionally needing a swap or night off, but currently need ALL Thursday and Saturday nights covered. Possibility for more shifts in the future and additional shifts available for pick-up as needed.
Looking for someone who is:
friendly and personable
punctual and reliable
good at deescalation and conflict resolution
works well and communicates well with others
Experience preferred, must be willing to submit to a background check.
