Pike Creek Mortgage is seeking an organized, self-driven individual with experience in Mortgage Loan Processing.
Some key qualities & responsibilities we are looking for:
- Experience with using Encompass as our LOS
- Experience with the following loan types: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
- Generating and evaluating daily pipeline and production reports
- Contact vendors assigned to the loan application to obtain status of required documents such as appraisal, title, homeowner's insurance, etc.
- Analyzing clients financial status, credit worthiness and property evaluation to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements
- Collect data from clients, enter it into originating software, and prepare documents
- Reviewing supporting documents and loan agreements to ensure they are complete and accurate in accordance with all policies and guidelines
- Preparing commitment letters in a timely manner
- Responding to quality control audits
- Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Must possess excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
- Being hands on with each mortgage loan from application to closing
- Multitasking and prioritizing items based on day to day activities
- Working directly with applicants and collecting their personal information needed for mortgage process
- Working with realtor partners, attorneys, title agents, etc.
- Ordering appraisals and dealing with other 3rd party vendors
- Must possess excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, challenging atmosphere
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
