Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and safely pack online herbal orders.
- Shipping & Logistics: Prepare packages for shipment and process labels.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, count inventory, and organize shelves.
- Warehouse Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Team Support: Assist coworkers with additional daily tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to Detail: An excellent eye for detail to ensure correct orders.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation for daily commuting to Mashpee.
- Comfort Level: Ability to work comfortably in some tight warehouse spaces.
- Experience: Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person!
