Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our services and gather customer interest
- Engage with diverse audiences using strong communication and negotiation skills to explain offerings clearly
- Identify potential leads through canvassing efforts, ensuring a high level of customer engagement
- Maintain professional conduct while representing the company’s brand and values during outdoor work
- Collect relevant information from prospects and provide follow-up details to the team for further action
- Assist in fundraising campaigns or promotional events as needed, utilizing telemarketing techniques when appropriate
- Track daily activities, report progress, and provide feedback on community response and outreach effectiveness
Experience and Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly motivated to sell, with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Professional demeanor and attire.
- Previous outdoor work experience or field sales background preferred but not required; training provided
- Demonstrated success in canvassing, door-to-door sales, or telemarketing roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse populations
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching wider audiences effectively
- Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within outreach teams
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills
