Position Overview
We are seeking Specialized Tutors to support students in their homes. Your role will involve one-on-one or small group tutoring tailored to each learner's needs using adaptive, formative, and evidence-based techniques.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, in-home tutoring that prioritizes academic mastery.
- Use social-emotional learning (SEL) techniques to foster student confidence.
- Support progress toward academic goals through targeted instruction and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience tutoring K–12 students (ELA & Math).
- Comfort working in-home.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Commitment to empowering academic excellence.
Schedule & Pay
- Flexible after school hours (3-8pm)
- About 4-6 hours a week
- Tutoring can take place on a reservation site, public location (starbucks,library, etc) or in-home.
- $25/hour
