As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols and posted instructions.

Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols so the appropriate site representatives can be notified for follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
