LINE COOK/PREP COOK WALDOS CHICKEN & BEER
Here at Waldo’s, we try not to take ourselves too seriously. We are, however, very passionate about great food and great service. Waldo’s is simply all about chicken, and we’re cookin’ it up two delicious ways for you: Southern Fried and Slow-Roasted. We’re looking for folks who work hard, have fun, and love the cluck out of some darn good chicken!!
We’re looking for a professional Line Cook/Prep cook, to work with an organized and energetic, people first team! Kitchen experience in the food service industry is a plus, sharing a passion for amazing Southern food and wowing every guest is a must!
Spanish-English bilingual preferred
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years of age
- Weekend availability required
- Punctuality and attendance are a must
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more per shift
- Reliable source of transportation
- Prepping all ingredients according to Waldos best in class standard
- Ability to read and follow a standard recipe
- Preparing and ensuring all dishes are made correctly and plated to the highest standard
- Ability to lift heavy objects on occasion
- Helps keep the kitchen properly stocked, prepared, and organized with all food items
