Duties

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle complex questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Support client services by troubleshooting concerns, offering solutions, and escalating issues when necessary to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably within a call center or sales environment.

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary; strong attention to detail is essential.
