Server – Blondie Rooftop, West Hollywood
Blondie is a rooftop patio bar and restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood, and we're looking for experienced servers to join our team.
About the Role
We're seeking energetic, guest-focused servers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll be the face of Blondie for our guests — delivering great food, drinks, and hospitality on one of the best rooftops in LA.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service throughout the guest experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Maintain deep knowledge of the food and drink menu, including daily specials
- Upsell menu items and handle guest questions or concerns professionally
- Process payments accurately using our POS system (Toast)
- Work closely with bartenders, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Support side work and closing duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior serving experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting (rooftop/high-volume experience a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification, or willingness to obtain one
- Positive, team-first attitude
