Production Tech responsibilities include but are not limited to: all aspects of manufacturing nutritional dietary supplements which includes:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

5. Ability to work in a production environment that may include noise, dust, powders, and varying temperatures.
6. Ability to wear required PPE including gloves, beard nets, hair nets, masks, and safety glasses.
GENERALIZED WORK ACTIVITIES:
1. Operating production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
2. Inspecting products, equipment, and materials for quality and compliance.
3. Recording production and quality information accurately.
4. Following FDA cGMP requirements and company procedures.
5. Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
6. Working collaboratively with supervisors, quality personnel, and co-workers..
7. Assisting with production projects and operational needs as assigned
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operate blending, encapsulation, powder filling, labeling, and packaging equipment.
2. Accurately weigh, stage, verify, and handle raw materials and packaging components.
3. Complete production paperwork, batch records, and quality documentation accurately and in real time.
4. Follow all SOPs, FDA cGMP requirements, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
5. Monitor production runs to ensure product quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
6. Perform equipment setup, cleaning, line clearance, and product changeovers.
7. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues immediately.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated work areas and equipment.
9. Support team production goals and assist with on-time order completion.
10. Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed.
11. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
12. May be cross-trained and assigned to different production departments based on operational needs.
This is all done in a clean room environment with the latest personal protective equipment.
Must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, familiar with basic quality control, be able to lift 50 lbs, and work well under deadlines.
Four-day workweek Monday-Thursday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm Our company is progressive and fast-growing!
