We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and service-oriented Dental Office Manager to lead our front office team and help create an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
As our Office Manager, you will play a vital leadership role in driving practice growth, supporting the team, and ensuring our daily operations run efficiently while delivering world-class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the dental office.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create an outstanding patient experience.
- Coach, motivate, and develop the front office team.
- Monitor schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency; with focus on flow and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients.
- Verify insurance benefits and oversee insurance claims processing.
- Manage patient accounts, collections, and payment arrangements.
- Track office performance metrics and achieve production and collection goals.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Track daily and monthly reports
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of dental office management or leadership experience in a dental practice.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience working in a dental office is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and collections.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software is preferred.

Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3 PM (once a month)
