Responsibilities
- Fill in on the floor where daily needs require, this could include filling in for a supervisor or general production position
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing product and equipment in the warehouse
- Some supervision of staff or operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Ability to work in a team or supervise others while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity
