Responsibilities

- Support menu planning by preparing components needed for daily specials or catering events
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, organized, and functioning properly to optimize workflow
- Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and ensure guest safety

Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with culinary techniques, knife skills, and meal preparation processes
- Experience working in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling, safety, and sanitation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
