Patient Communications Operator (Bilingual Russian/English)
Location: Ridge, NY
Pay: Starting at $23/hour
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8.5-hour shifts

Are you fluent in Russian and English and enjoy helping people?
We're looking for a compassionate, customer-focused professional to join one of the Northeast's leading oncology practices. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll answer incoming calls, assist with questions, update patient information, and help ensure every patient receives exceptional service.
If you're bilingual in Russian and English and have experience in customer service or a call center environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Answer a high volume of inbound patient calls
- Assist patients with questions and direct calls appropriately
- Accurately enter and update patient information
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality
- Provide professional, compassionate customer service
- Communicate fluently in both English and Russian
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Russian and English (required)
- At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Healthcare, medical office, patient access, scheduling, or medical call center experience is preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
