DuraFleet Chassis is a fast-growing truck chassis rental and equipment leasing company based in Bayonne, NJ. We provide high-quality chassis and dependable service to logistics and transportation clients across the region. We’re looking for an Accounting & Operations Team Lead to join our team and help manage billing, payments, and collections as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities:
- Create and send invoices for truck chassis rentals and related services
- Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues
- Assist with monthly closings and financial reporting
- Support the accounting team with Operations & General Accounting duties
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience in trucking, logistics, or equipment leasing a plus
