Assembly Hair & Barbería is an established, independently owned salon in Miami focused on modern hair, exceptional service, and a relaxed, elevated client experience.
We are looking for an experienced Hair Stylist/Colorist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a talented professional who takes pride in their craft, values genuine relationships with clients, and wants to build a long-term career in a professional, creative salon environment.
The Opportunity
At Assembly, we believe great hair is about more than the service itself. It's about creating an experience that makes clients feel confident, cared for, and excited to return.
Our service menu includes premium haircutting, highlights, balayage, blonding, grey coverage, glossing, styling, and other customized services.
Our compensation structure is designed to reward stylists as they grow their business:
- 50%–60% commission on service sales based on performance
- Additional retail/product commission

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a valid Florida Cosmetology License
- Has 3+ years of professional salon experience
- Is confident in haircutting, styling, and color services
- Has strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Is experienced with highlights, balayage, blonding, grey coverage, and glossing
- Provides exceptional, personalized client service
- Is professional, reliable, and organized
- Communicates well with clients and teammates
- Takes pride in their appearance, work, and overall guest experience
- Is motivated to grow their clientele and income
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
An existing clientele is a plus, but not required. We're interested in talented stylists who are motivated to grow.
