Duties
- Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with recruiting, and conducting initial candidate screenings
- Manage benefits administration tasks including enrollment, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) processing, and workers' compensation documentation
- Support compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning initiative.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism while supporting conflict management efforts.
Skills
- Strong understanding of human capital management principles and change management strategies
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and employment sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee orientation, training delivery, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with strategic planning capabilities
