We are looking for a dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse - LPN / RN to join our growing team!

LPN / RN Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all nursing care of all residents during his/her shift.
- Ensure that your staff are following care plans.
- Chart on all residents under your care.
- Supervision of the nursing department and performance of staff assigned to his/her zone or hall including nursing assistants and medication aid.
- Provide education and guidance to the staff under your assigned area.
- Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe, note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes.
