Job Description
ATL Wing Spot in Garden City Park is looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations and support our growing team.
We are part of a long-standing restaurant group with over 20 years of experience in Nassau County, operating three Dunkin' locations and four Jersey Mike's Subs locations. We pride ourselves on building strong teams and creating opportunities for long-term growth within our organization.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable leading staff while ensuring a great customer experience during busy shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and lead front and back-of-house staff
- Handle scheduling and labor management
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with inventory and ordering
- Help hire, train, and develop team members
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years restaurant leadership experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling
