We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team at a premier Hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about our hotel and its amenities.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize phone systems to respond to calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Promote resort services, activities, and special events to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support overall hotel operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this enhances our ability to serve diverse guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and effective communication.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
