Plant Manager – Floor Coatings Manufacturing & Distribution
Lead daily manufacturing operations for polyaspartic, epoxy, and specialty floor coating production.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies.
Oversee order fulfillment and shipping to company locations, dealers, and customers.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Develop and enforce SOPs for manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory control.
Monitor production costs, waste, labor utilization, and operational KPIs.
Coordinate purchasing and vendor relationships to maintain uninterrupted material supply.
Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
Supervise, train, and develop production and warehouse team members.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety requirements.
Investigate and resolve quality control issues, customer complaints, and production challenges.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, quality, and profitability.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support company growth objectives.
Maintain equipment, facilities, and preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
