One Love Cafe is a new, community focused meeting space that provides customers a home away from home. We have remodeled the old "Never Too Latte" cafe and providing the San Bruno and surrounding communities a beautiful aesthetic with delicious, fresh and healthy options in downtown San Bruno. Our menu consists of coffee specialty drinks, tea refreshers, fresh fruit bowls and smoothies, along with delicious pastries and desserts such as Mitchell's Ice Cream. Our food menu includes breakfast, sandwiches, flatbreads and salads.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare food items, such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
- MUST LOVE PEOPLE - You MUST be customer focused and ready to serve your community. If you have that special personality, nothing else here matters.
- BARISTA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - MINIMUM 1 YEAR within the last few years
- Minimum 2 years experience in the food industry or food service necessary
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards preferred
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
