As a Digital Experience Experimentation Analyst, you'll own the analysis behind the testing program for digital hospitality products: designing and executing experimentation plans across our digital properties, turning results into actionable insights, and using those insights to directly shape our digital roadmap. You'll work at the intersection of data, UX, and product, partnering with cross-functional teams to make our booking experience measurably better.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute experimentation plans across web and app platforms, prioritizing tests based on potential business impact.
Design, build, and launch A/B/n experiments and personalization campaigns, ensuring technical accuracy in setup, targeting, and measurement.
Analyze experiment results using Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Excel to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and quantify impact on conversion and engagement.
Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that directly inform digital roadmaps and product decisions.
Define and document test hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks in partnership with product, UX, and marketing stakeholders.
Maintain data integrity across analytics and experimentation tools, troubleshooting tracking and implementation issues.
Communicate results and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, engineering, UX/design, and marketing — to build a culture of continuous testing and learning.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in digital analytics, experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or a closely related role.
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B/n tests, including a working understanding of statistical significance, sample sizing, and test validity.
Proficiency with Adobe Analytics (or a comparable platform such as Google Analytics), Tableau, and Excel.
Familiarity with an experimentation/personalization platform (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO) is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to varied audiences.
Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple experiments and priorities at once.
Nice to Have:
Experience in e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or another direct-to-consumer digital business.
SQL or other data-querying experience.
Exposure to UX research methods or product analytics.
