Our primary opening is in our Renton office; however, candidates must be willing to assist at our other clinic locations as needed. We pride ourselves on working together as one team and supporting one another across all offices.

Customer service experience is required. Medical office experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right individual who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.
ResponsibilitiesClinical (Back Office)
- Prepare and clean exam rooms before and after patient visits
- Update and maintain electronic medical records
- Assist physicians with patient care and in-office procedures
- Assist with orthotic evaluations and learn specialized technology
- Manage the orthotic recall program
- Maintain clinical inventory and order supplies
- Ensure exam rooms are stocked and organized
Administrative (Front Office)
- Welcome and check in patients
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
- Collect co-pays and patient payments
- Assist with insurance verification and administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members across multiple locations
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every patient interaction
Team Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with physicians and staff
- Support clinic operations wherever needed
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Help create an exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Day Shift
- 8- or 10-hour shifts
Preferred & Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (Required)
- Medical office experience (Preferred)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities (Required)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Additional Requirements
- Ability to commute to Renton, WA 98055
- Willingness to travel to other clinic locations as needed (approximately 25%)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
