Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current products
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock counts
- Support supervising staff in training new team members and maintaining store standards
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in restaurants, salons, retail, or similar environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Punctual and reliable
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Comfortable with working in a team and solo environment with efficiency
- Showing leadership in team coordination and customer engagement
- Vibrant personality and the ability to engage with guests enthusiastically
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
