Duties
- Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation efficiently and accurately
- Verify all paperwork for completeness, correctness, and compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinate with sales teams, finance departments, and external agencies to facilitate smooth title transfers
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions and ensure timely updates in the dealership’s inventory management system
- Assist customers with title questions and provide exceptional customer service during the documentation process
- Manage inventory control related to titles and ensure proper documentation for each vehicle in stock
- Stay updated on changing regulations regarding vehicle titles, registrations, and licensing procedures
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

- Prior experience in dealership operations or automotive repair environments preferred
