Schedule & Pay
- Shift: 1st Shift, Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Pay: $17.50 per hour
- Location: Hebron, KY
Job Summary
As a Forklift Associate, you will safely operate powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift following company safety procedures.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Use handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience.
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Warehouse experience in a high-volume environment; food-grade facility experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse where temperatures may vary by season.
- Must be able to work overtime and adjust your schedule as needed.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
