The Affordable Living Service Coordinator is a people-focused role supporting residents in independent housing communities. You’ll connect individuals—primarily seniors and those with disabilities—to the services they need to remain living independently.
This role offers a flexible 30-hour || Monday - Friday schedule based on your availability:
- Connect residents to community resources and supportive services
- Assist with daily living needs such as insurance, budgeting, and in-home care coordination
- Assess resident needs and help develop service plans
- Support residents with applications and advocate on their behalf
- Coordinate wellness and enrichment programs
- Maintain resident records and required documentation
- Build relationships with community providers and partners
- Collaborate with property management to support a positive living environment
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of HUD programs and community resources is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and advocacy skills
