HireLinc is helping our client find Robot Operators to join its team at an early and exciting stage of development.
In this role, you'll operate robotic systems using teleoperation equipment to perform repeated manipulation tasks and collect high-quality training data. You'll follow defined protocols, monitor robot behavior, and provide feedback that directly contributes to improving system capabilities and operational workflows.
No prior robotics experience is required. Full training will be provided, and candidates from a wide range of professional and educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including STEM, aviation, operations, manufacturing, crafts, trades, and military experience.
The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a hands-on environment. You are detail-oriented, consistent when performing repetitive tasks, and able to clearly communicate technical observations and issues.
As a Robot Operator, you'll:
- Safely operate physical robots for extended periods using teleoperation equipment.
- Collect training data by repeatedly demonstrating manipulation tasks according to defined protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate autonomous robot behavior.
- Document observations and provide feedback to engineering teams to support system development and issue resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of robotic systems.
