We are searching for a Sales Engineer to join our team and support continued growth across Michigan and Northern Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong, long-term relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors while delivering thoughtful, technically sound HVAC solutions. The Sales Engineer will leverage their experience in HVAC equipment sales and/or system design to provide customized solutions for commercial projects, collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, and stay current on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the willingness to travel throughout the territory.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors to promote our industry-leading HVAC solutions.

Utilize your expertise in HVAC equipment sales and/or system design to provide tailored solutions to meet diverse commercial client needs.

Travel primarily within Michigan's Lower Peninsula + Northern Ohio.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in HVAC equipment sales or system design.

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
