Hiring: Experienced Frac Technician (Supervisor or Shop Lead)
Located: Shreveport, Louisiana

REE is seeking a well-seasoned Frac Technician to join our team in Shreveport, LA. We have our sights set for a skilled professional with strong diagnostic abilities and hands-on experience working on Frac equipment.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with CAT Tier 2, Tier 4, MTU4000, and CUMMINS engines
- Strong knowledge of power ends (GD, SPM, Valvetech, etc.)
- Experience with transmissions (CAT, Twindisc, Allison, etc.)
- Proficient in electronic controls (MDT, CAT, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining rental equipment to ensure proper operating conditions
- Supporting customers to keep their equipment in full utilization
- Willing to travel as needed
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday (weekends as needed)
- Able to travel is required
