About Vin-Ter Language School
Vin-Ter Language School is an international language institute dedicated to making language learning accessible, engaging, and effective. We offer instruction in more than 65 languages to students of all ages, including children, teens, adults, businesses, and government organizations. We are currently seeking a passionate native Spanish-speaking instructor to join our growing team.
Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Spanish instructor who enjoys teaching students from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and committed to helping learners build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Teach Spanish classes to children, teens, and/or adults.
- Prepare engaging and interactive lessons following the school's curriculum.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with students and staff.
- Attend occasional training sessions and staff meetings.
Qualifications
- Native Spanish speaker (required).
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or current university student in Education, Spanish, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends is a plus.
Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 6–20 hours per week).
- Flexible schedule based on instructor availability and student demand.
- Evening and weekend hours available.
