What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a tight‑knit crew helping build and repair decks and siding on residential and commercial projects. Expect hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and plenty of time outdoors.
Your day-to-day includes:
- Measuring, cutting, and installing materials
- Using hand and power tools (the fun stuff)
- Following plans, blueprints, and Crew Lead instructions
- Keeping the jobsite clean, safe, and organized
- Loading/unloading materials
- Communicating with your team — and sometimes homeowners
- Completing daily reports
- Showing up ready to work and ready to grow

What You Bring
- 2+ years of construction experience, SIDING OR DECKING (REQUIRED)
- Experience with hand and power tools (REQUIRED)
- Ability to read blueprints or follow written/oral instructions
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and handle outdoor conditions
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
Work Environment
- Mostly outdoors
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM – summer/winter hours may vary
- Occasional extended hours or weekends when needed
- Fast‑paced, team‑oriented, and quality‑driven
