Field Caregiving (75%):
· Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes.
· Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
· Medications reminders and monitor clients' health conditions.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
· Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
· Open new cases during normal office hours until a permanent caregiver is assigned.
Scheduling and Administrative Tasks (25%):
· Create and manage weekly schedules for caregivers, ensuring all shifts are covered.
· Handle on-call scheduling duties, including responding to last-minute changes and emergencies.
· Coordinate with caregivers to address any scheduling conflicts or issues.
· Maintain accurate records of caregiver availability and client needs.
· Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and communication with clients and caregivers.
Qualifications:
· Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in caregiving and/or scheduling.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
